A Paperless Approach
Invoices and delivery tickets are calculated to volume and printed at the time of delivery with 100% correct pricing and taxes. All transactions are immediately available from an electronic storage and retrieval system on central servers. Electronic signature capture means no paper copies of transactions are necessary.

Customer Service
Delivery staff are informed and empowered with access to customer credit status and special instructions. Delivery and invoice details are emailed automatically on the day of delivery or downloaded from a website. Prepayments can be encouraged with the ability to make a delivery associated with a prepaid volume.

Business Process Change
Administrative capacity increases with the removal of data entry, query management and postage handling. Driver and vehicle utilization increases with faster delivery stops and the elimination of manual start and end of day procedures. Modules for DOT logging, dynamic status reporting and fatigue management alarms are available within GasPac™. Compliance to standards for weights and measures, metered temperature compensation and fuel tax are supplied. Homeland Security vehicle tracking mandates are standard.
