A Paperless Approach
Invoices and delivery tickets are calculated to volume and printed at the time of delivery. All transactions are instantly available from electronic storage on central servers. Electronic signature capture means paper copies of transactions are eliminated.
Efficiencies Delivered
Administration capacity increases with the removal of data entry, query management and postage handling. Driver utilization is expected to grow by eliminating the start and end of day procedures. Fleet administration enables making regional offices and processing centers redundant.
Inventory Management
All bulk and packaged goods are automatically tracked and reconciled. You have the option of temperature compensated or tracked bulk and metered products. Product transfer, storage ID and loading terminal interfaces are available.

Tank ullage plans checked prior to delivery minimize spills, while the dips captured prior to deliveries are available for cross check. Customer Service
Delivery drivers are informed and empowered with access to customer credit status and special instructions. Delivery and invoice details are emailed automatically on the day of delivery or downloaded from a website. Prepayments can be encouraged with the ability to deliver according to prepaid volume.
Regulatory Compliance
Modules for DOT logging, dynamic status reporting and fatigue management alarms are available within FuelWare. Compliance to standards for weights and measures, metered temperature compensation and fuel tax are supplied. Homeland Security vehicle tracking mandates are standard.
