A Paperless Approach Delivery tickets and invoices are calculated to volume and printed at the time of delivery. All transactions become immediately available from an electronic storage and retrieval system on central servers and electronic signature capture means no paper copies of transactions are necessary.
Customer Service Delivery staff have access to customer credit status and special instruction recordings. Delivery and invoice details are emailed automatically on the of the delivery or downloaded from a self serve website. Secure record keeping and automated bank deposits encourage on site payment.
