TS FleetMarshal™ software provides real time fleet and schedule management significantly improving field force productivity and customer service responsiveness.

Introduction

TS FleetMarshal is a network or web based server application connecting dispatchers and controllers with delivery and field service fleets in real-time.

TS FleetMarshal is designed to work with any TouchStar Mobility Application utilizing GPS and wireless data technology. Field status transmissions are graphically illustrated and provide users detailed and timely information for strategic decision making and field force management.

Assigning unscheduled work and managing daily changes is accommodated easily with drag-and-drop routines and digital maps that clearly display planned versus actual route and status.

TS FleetMarshal also provides detailed historical reporting with breadcrumbed travel, and visit and shift activity, offering powerful visibility and control.

Real Time Visibility & Management
GPS breadcrumbing provides accurate arrival, departure and travel data for dispatchers via wireless WAN communications in near or real-time. Service and delivery details are captured on site and field worker schedules can be supervised in real-time.

Dynamic Route & Dispatch Options
New and unscheduled orders can be added to routes. Overloaded routes can be easily swapped to address circumstances as required. Critical information including asset ETA, inventory remaining and auto-estimated commitments on incomplete orders ensures quality decision making.

Immediate Information & Control
Transaction documents such as digitized delivery tickets and invoices can be accessed directly via TS HyperDocs and the completed portion of the route map. Activity status of an unscheduled pick-up transmitted to the nominated vehicle won’t confirm until the driver manually acknowledges the acceptance code.

Fleet KPI Management
Custom Key Performance Indicator parameters automatically monitor individuals or groups to report exception status. Key data, including averaged delivery volume per operating hour or driving versus rest times, can report in real-time.

Improved Customer Service
Offering more same day deliveries, immediate access to transaction details, receipt signatures and irrefutable arrival and departure times builds high impact customer service and satisfaction.

Engine Management Data
Vehicle monitoring and DOT type computers can interface and report in real-time.

Sensitive commodity vehicles, including those transporting hazardous materials and dangerous goods, can be tracked and monitored in real-time, with event driven alarms automatically transmitted if vehicles veer off pre-determined routes as issued by dispatchers and schedulers.
