Overview
Responder brings together alert notification and quick response facilities and combines them with rapid dispatch, messaging, tracking, and tracing capabilities to increase productivity, team asset visibility and operational transparency. It employs a powerful, easy-to-use interface that can be driven via finger or voice command; and can be supported on any standard mobility platform designed with touch screen Windows® systems.
Based on the latest spatial database technology, Responder incorporates a navigation-centric environment delivering on-board, handheld, and online as well as offline mapping, turn-by-turn navigation and with spoken directions. It can be easily integrated with custom built GIS data and a variety of back-office systems.
Responder is scalable to meet the needs of small to large organizations and was developed to manage varied and complex data relations between field assets, control and operational centers and the customers and clients being serviced. Information is easily managed and can be shared or reported in as transparent a fashion as desired from point of order through to invoice production.
