TS FieldManager is a network server based application specifically designed to deliver management command and visibility of field operations while measurably reducing paper based administration.

TS FieldManager core modules collect and upload extensive and detailed field and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data from mobility clients, including time and attendance management, compliance, asset control, utilization and maintenance, expense and event reporting.

Smart and flexible configuration options provides custom parameters and seamless integration to TouchStar Mobility Applications. TS HyperDocs and TS ReportPro Enterprise Applications also enable key reporting options and business analysis to better manage and maximize field productivity.

Time & KPI Reporting

TS FieldManager records detailed and configurable vehicle inspection processes for shift starts and reporting unpredictable events. Incorporated smart logic allows query replies to prompt additional questions. Load manifest production and inspection doctrine complies with International Ministry and Department of Transportation standard's.

DOT Reporting
Detailed and automated hours of service record the total hours of duty verses driving, total mileage and total hours of duty over a seven day consecutive period and total hours of duty for the preceding eight consecutive day period.

Fatigue Management
Flexible parameter setting capabilities provide prompted reminders with user acknowledgement of driving and rest hour management. A powerful site risk assessment generator for auto-prompted instructions, such as relevant GPS coordinates reached, aids ongoing risk management administration.

Expense Reporting
Fuel, road toll, vehicle, accommodation and meal expense details can be recorded, tabulated and comparatively reported.

Pick-Up & Delivery Confirmation
Optional load manifest production, pick-up and delivery tickets created at the time of transaction aid proof of delivery and tracking administration.

Cash Collection & Banking
Payment collections by way of check or cash will automatically tabulate and produce banking slips for operators to use deposit boxes while on the road.

State Border Fuel Tax Reporting
