Introduction

TS Schedule is a desktop application designed to plan, manage and execute workforce scheduling. It is specifically designed for mobility scheduling through multidimensional coordination of field workers, skill level and vehicle or equipment type.

The application rules accomodate service level agreements (SLA) and rain effected days with summary man-hour data and all scheduled project work for enterprise accounting systems.

Management benefits from a sophisticated timetabling tool and ability to forecast resources, identify peak times and access employee paperless utilization numbers instantly.

TS Schedule is a paperless process. Timesheets relating to individual project work orders are obsolete. Resource forecasts can be processed into enterprise accounting systems strictly in electronic forms.

TS Schedule allocates work orders according to availability, skill level and vehicle or equipment needs. Multidimensional timetabling ensures the right vehicle and technician with appropriate skill level will be allocated the most relevant job in an available timeslot. Multiple person teams and equipment allocation are included in its scheduling capability.

Integrated Contract Developer
Both regular and irregular periodic events from contracts created in the application will automatically generate schedules based on predetermined criteria and any other rules contained in contracts.

Service Level Agreements Incorporated
Incorporates SLA’s are integrated with the rules based scheduling so that contractual and regulatory obligations can be allocated in parallel to new business demands.

Man-Hour Reporting
Man-hours associated with jobs and projects are collated according to the project or the employee. Overtime demands can be forecast and time allocated to job or project billing. Employee or project based summaries are sent to enterprise accounting systems.

Inventory Module
TS Schedule includes the option for inventory management. Maintenance of each mobile unit's inventory levels and reordering is centralized and automated.

Key Performance Indicators
KPI’s such as field employee utilization, billable job hours and jobs completed, are captured to measure workforce performance.
