TS Guardian™ software provides enhanced visibility and oversight over mobile assets, their performance and the control of emergencies, patrol areas and first respondent situations being serviced.
Overview
TS Guardian supports the command and control over mobile asset performance in support of an emergency or first respondent situation, assigned patrol area or other operational condition requiring in-field presence. It works in concert with the mobility application, Responder™, to ensure field personnel are provided the information they need and in the timeframe required. Their location, status update and performance can be automatically transmitted to feed dynamic dispatch or re-scheduling activities, be stored for later use in generating management summaries or used in the production of proof of presence audits.
Like the Responder software used by field personnel, TS Guardian is designed to give central operators, supervisors and staff with an intuitive and easy-to-use interface allowing them to watch over an ongoing event, handle a new situation and still manage their scheduled operations or patrols.
Management interacts with TS Guardian to improve their decision making in monitoring Key Performance Indicator (KPI) factors that directly impact their business. Custom KPI parameters can be assigned to monitor an individual or group of mobile assets and are used to report exception-based status information, significant trends or unique out of the ordinary conditions.
In addition to emergency and security based situation handling, TS Guardian supports GPS based breadcrumbing to further analyze historical route usage, conformance and compliance issues for the fleet.
