TS EasyPay™ software integrates a credit card payment and direct debit security gateway with TS Mobility Applications. A secure and approved payment system eliminates credit risk and improves cash flow.

Introduction

TS EasyPay credit/debit payment gateway complies with financial institution security standards and is a secure conduit to process automated payments.

Prearranged direct debits or add hoc online credit card payments can be automated using TS EasyPay.

Comprising an imbedded security client for any of TouchStar’s Mobility Applications and a secure server component that processes and validates payments, transactions upload to approved payment partners.

Customers have access to their online account and transaction records, reaping the benefits of a paperless solution.

Secure Payment Options
TS EasyPay uses asymmetric encryption to process a secure transaction and gives your customers confidence and a choice in their payment method.

In Field Credit Card
Payments are processed via swipe card reader and wireless WAN data communications.

Completely Integrated
TS EasyPay integrates seamlessly with all mobility elements of the TouchStar solution and works hand in hand with enterprise modules. For example, payment transactions are automatically associated with client receipts, digital signatures and records when used with TS HyperDocs. When payments are associated with the correct records it significantly reduces receivables and reconciliation administrative tasks.

Paperless
TS EasyPay is a paperless process. Your customer can see their receipt on a web server and download it as required. Any field print out or transaction generates an identical copy of the print image at the time of transaction. Electronic signature capture and powerful field back up systems mean paper copies of transactions are unnecessary.

Business Models
TS EasyPay associates transactions with the operator handheld; if you own a franchise, the payment will be delivered to your franchisee. Your IT system can host the gateway but individual franchisees do not have to absorb the overhead.

Intuitive User Interface
Navigating between various TS Enterprise Applications is simplified using TouchStar’s UniVision framework with common user and security access and menu structure.

History & Archiving
TS EasyPay incorporates rules based automated archiving.
